Battle Royale games have finally found a place in the world of online gaming, and thanks to its community-driven multiplayer aspect, it can even hold a candle to classic titles like Overwatch and Call of Duty. Aside from Fortnite, one of the best free to plays Battle Royale games has been Apex Legends.
One of the best things about this first-person shooter title is that the developers spend a lot of time on the story of each of their playable characters, known as legends. One such character that is found in the game is the robotic hero known as Pathfinder. However, while fans love the character, no one has known his story until now.
A new short film titled "Fight Night" sees Pathfinder in a tech-noir setting and interacting with other game characters. Another installment in their Stories from the Outlands series, "Fight Night," looks to be a true highlight of the series. Reminiscent of Overwatch and its story trailers, "Fight Night" brings out the best in the franchise's storytelling and delivers a great short film.
