It's that time again: The organizers of IndieCade have announced the finalists for their expanding festival this year, which will be held in Culver City, California from October 23rd through the 25th.
Many developers submitted their work to IndieCade this year, which was founded in 2005 and in the decade since grown to become an important annual showcase for the indie game developer community.
Past IndieCade finalists have included The Tiniest Shark's Redshirt, Hack n' Slash from Double Fine, The Fullbright Company's Gone Home, Metanet Software's N++ and Niddhog from Messhof.
This year, conference organizers selected 36 games as finalists for IndieCade awards, spanning everything from console and PC games to mobile titles and tabletop games. We've taken the liberty of reprinting that list here:
