Last week, developer Inti Creates announced that Blaster Master Zero 2 would be getting another playable character; revealing that it would be none other than The Empress from Dragon Marked for Death.
This isn't the first time Inti Creates has had characters from other of their intellectual properties crossing over into Blaster Master Zero 2, since last year Copen — from the Azure Striker Gunvolt series — was also released as a playable character when the game launched on Steam.
Today is finally the day in which The Empress becomes available in Blaster Master Zero 2, but we have some sour news for some players, as Inti Creates has announced that not everyone will be able to get the character today.
As revealed by Inti Creates earlier today, due to Coronavirus-related complications, the update that adds The Empress to the game will not be releasing today on the European Nintendo Switch eShop. The good news is that it has only been pushed back a few days, and it will become available this Friday the 24th of April.
Unfortunately, we must report that due to COVID-19 related complications, the Empress DLC will not be available on the EU eShop until Friday, April 24th.
