Earlier this week, we reported that Call of Duty: Warzone has managed to reach a staggering number of players — as you can see here — and it has only been available for about a week's time. While there's an additional mode called Plunder, wherein players aim to amass as much cash as possible; the main draw of Call of Duty: Warzone is the battle royale itself.
It's a traditional battle royale in which players are dropped into an enormous map and tasked with gearing themselves up so that they can outlast everybody else — everybody else being about 150 other players — while the playable area increasingly shrinks. Typically, matches will team you up with two other players.
However, Infinity Ward recently added the option to take on the battle royale all by yourself. Rather than squads of three "Battle Royale Solos" is a mode in which everybody must fend for themselves. The Gulag is still present — meaning that if you die, you have a chance to respawn. Currently, it's unknown whether this mode is a mainstay or will only be around for a limited amount of time.
Take Verdansk on by yourself.
