Daybreak games has opened up applications for its ninth annual Gamers in Real Life (G.I.R.L.) scholarship, which this year will award $10,000 to be used for tuition and other school expenses.
The company will also offer an eight-week paid internship at its San Diego studio.
This year, the scholarship is open to any student enrolled in an undergraduate program in games at an accredited university; this year's prize is awarded only in the "art & design" category, and the art entered in the competition must be inspired by one of Daybreak's games.
You can see the official rules for the competition at Daybreak's site.
