Death Stranding has been delayed, now coming on the PC on July 14th

Kojima Productions has announced that Death Stranding has been delayed until July 14th. 505 Games originally planned to release the game on June 2nd, however, and due to the Coronavirus outbreak, the game will miss that initial release date.

According to Kojima Productions, this delay will give the team some extra time in order to further polish it.

Following the temporary closure of KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS, we have had to delay the PC launch of DEATH STRANDING to July 14, 2020, to allow more development time amidst the current work-from-home orders in place. The PC version of Death Stranding will support high frame rates and ultra-wide monitors. Moreover, it will come with a photomode and content from Valve’s iconic franchise, Half-Life. It’s also worth noting that this game will be using the Denuvo anti-tamper tech.

Lastly, 505 Games and Kojima Productions have not revealed yet the game’s official PC system requirements.
