Disney Classic Games Collection: Aladdin and The Lion King was a blast from the past when it released two years ago, giving gamers a dose of 16-bit nostalgia. This Fall, the collection will be updated for consoles and PC with the addition of The Jungle Book and Super Nintendo Entertainment System's Aladdin.
Previously, only the SEGA Genesis version of Aladdin was included. For The Jungle Book, it is both the console and handheld versions of the game.
Arriving this holiday season, The Disney Classic Games Collection will be available for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One for $29.99. Presumably, this game will be compatible with the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S as well.
In addition to the new classic games additions, the collction will feature graphical enhancements and bonus features and content. This includes 1080p graphics as well as the ability for players to adjust the screen aspect ratios and borders. Players can even enable custom filter options to replicate the classic CRT TVs.

Anyone who play the classic games already knows how difficult these can be. So The Disney Classic Games Collection also adds some quality of life gameplay features such as the ability to rewind any of the games in real-time to retry difficult areas. Players can also watch full gameplay walkthroughs and can skip forward or jump in at any point, and save progress at any time.
Some added bonuses include an interactive museum with a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of the classic titles, featuring interviews with the original development teams, and a gallery of previously unreleased HD concept images and marketing assets. Players can also listen to the full 16-bit versions of the classic songs from each film.
For those who already own the original Disney Classic Games Collection, you can simply purchase "The Jungle Book and MORE Aladdin” DLC Pack for $9.99. This simply updates your game with the new titles.
