In case you've been living under a rock for the past couple of months, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot was already released for home consoles and PC, and the developers have revealed that some brand-new content will soon be added to the game; content that will expand on the game's expansive world.
As a matter of fact, the new content coming to Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is actually part of the Dragon Ball Super series, and will be introducing Beerus and Whis as new characters/opponents, Beerus' Planet as a new area for players to roam around, and Super Saiyan God Red forms for Goku and Vegeta.
This new content, called "A New Power Awakens", is expected to become available next week — on Tuesday the 28th of April, to be more precise — and will allow players to train with Whis in order to raise their level and awaken the new Super Saiyan God form; eventually allowing them to battle Lord beerus at level 250.
While the upcoming downloadable content won't be releasing until next week, Bandai Namco has shared a batch of in-game screenshots for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot — which gives us a look at Goku and Vegeta in their Super Saiyan God Red forms, as well as the powerful Beerus.
