Newsbrief: Epic Games on Tuesday released a free art tool to help game artists and traditional illustrators better understand visual perspective. The tool, dubbed Carapace, was created by the studio's senior environment artist, Warren Marshall. It allows artists to set up a three-point perspective grid that they can use as a guide in Photoshop to create more realistic concept art, 2D assets, and more.
