Epic Games has awarded another $75,000 in unreal dev grants, offering financial support to developers Daedalic Entertainment and Right Nice Games.

Daedalic caught the eye with its space-exploration RPG, The Long Journey Home, while Right Nice impressed with adventure title, Skylar & Plux: Adventure on Clover Island -- which began life as a student project.

Three plugins for Unreal Engine 4 have also been funded, including Unreal.js, a freely available plugin that brings V8-powered JavaScript into UE4, and NeoFur, which helps developers create dynamic fur, fibers, and fuzzy surfaces for characters and environments.

The Unreal Dev Grants initiative was launched in February 2015, and saw Epic set aside $5 million to be handed out in no-strings-attached funding to Unreal devs.
