FALLOUT Star Ella Purnell Is Teasing A Deeply Tragic New Season Of Netflix's ARCANE

Expect to see a lot more of Ella Purnell (Army of the Dead, Yellowjackets) on the big and small screen moving forward as her profile is definitely rising thanks to Prime Video's Fallout.

However, the English actress was part of another video game adaptation prior to playing Lucy MacLean in Fallout, she voices the character Jinx in Netflix's Arcane, which is an animated series based on League of Legends.

While promoting Fallout, Purnell briefly touched on Arcane season, which is slated for release this November. It seems something incredibly tragic is set to occur this season as Purnell disclosed that she was left extremely emotional by something that transpires.

"Oh man, I'm trying to remember it [season 1] because it was over two years ago," Purnell said when speaking to Tech Radar at a UK press junket.

"I actually just went back into the studio to complete some ADR [automated dialog replacement] for the season 2 finale – and I cried. So, I think other people will cry, too. It's devastating, and nobody will feel good after watching it."

Set for release in November, Arcane season 2 will coincide with the 15th anniversary of League of Legends.
