Newsbrief: Whatever Finnish studio Boomlagoon is currently working on has clearly excited investors, as the company announced today that it has secured an additional $3.6 million in funding. The studio was founded by two of the leads creators behind the smash hit Angry Birds. This latest funding is on top of the amount that the company brought in at the end of 2012 for its first mobile game Noble Nutlings. With this latest round led by Northzone, Boomlagoon plans to expand its team and announced its next mobile title sometime this May.
