Newsbrief: Stephen Toulouse, previously policy and enforcement director at Xbox Live, has rejoined Microsoft in another video game role. This time around he's working for Black Tusk Studios as the director of Community Engagement on the upcoming Gears of War game for Xbox One. And Toulouse says that he has been in the role for a while now, watching the Gears of War forums to find out what the players want from the new game. Black Tusk acquired Gears of War from Epic Games earlier this year, including all existing and future titles in the franchise.
