GameSpy Technology tools available to PS Vita developers

Newsbrief: Cloud-based online games provider GameSpy Technology has joined Sony's tools and middleware license program, giving PS Vita developers the opportunity to use the company's onlive services. Beginning from April, Vita developers will be able to take advantage of GameSpy's various functionality, including leaderboards and online award systems. The tools have previously been used in a variety of AAA and indie releases, including the likes of Crysis 2, Red Dead Redemption and Dungeon Defenders. The first game to use the tools is Warner Bros' Mortal Kombat, which is due for release in April.
