IM Global will be integrated into Deloitte's Information & Technology (I&T) Risk security team, which helps clients with the processes, technologies, and policies used to manage digital identities.
Deloitte will gain the skills and experience of 17 experts.
Simon Owen, lead partner of Deloitte's I&T Risk practice, said, "Identity and access management is cited as a significant concern by corporates in our recent security survey. Organizations are looking to increase the degree of control they have over who has access to their IT applications and networks."
The two companies have complementary skills and have worked together in the past.
