Dojo Madness, the Berlin-based startup that's trying to make a business out of providing eSports coaching tools, has raised $4.5 million in Series A funding from March Capital Partners and other investors.
This follows a $2.25 million round of funding last summer, and brings the company's total funds raised to roughly $6.75 million since it was founded in 2014.
That suggests investors see promise in the company's work, which encompasses the League of Legends coaching app LolSumo and Bruce.gg, an eSports broadcasting platform that currently supports Dota 2 and is capable of automatically generating gameplay clips from notable matches and tournaments.
But more than that, it highlights how investors are continuing to pour money into eSports-related ventures as estimations for both eSports' potential audience and revenues continue to rise.
