Jurassic Park Survival fans, we have some bad news for you today. According to Saber Interactive, this new dinosaur single-player action-adventure game won’t be present at Gamescom 2025. Thankfully, though, we got a new Behind The Scenes video, which packs a few seconds of pre-alpha footage.
The BTS video shows how the teams at Saber and NBCUniversal are working together to make the Jurassic Park experience fans have wanted for years. Players will get to explore a fully built Isla Nublar in a brand-new story that takes place one day after the events of the classic 1993 Jurassic Park movie from Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment.
In Jurassic Park Survival, you play as InGen scientist Dr. Maya Joshi, who couldn’t escape Isla Nublar. You’ll return to the dinosaur park and uncover a brand-new story never told before. You’ll face exciting and dangerous encounters with dinosaurs, each having its own unique and changing behaviors, all brought to life by John Hammond’s vision.
Players will need to outsmart, escape, and face the famous dinosaurs from the movie. They’ll have to be clever, using distractions and stealth to survive intense and unforgettable encounters with some of the deadliest creatures in history. They’ll also need to use every resource they can find to come up with smart solutions and stay alive against the many dangers hiding on the island.
There is currently no ETA on when the game will come out. We also don’t have any PC specs to share for it. So, don’t expect to be playing it anytime soon. This feels like a 2027 game, at best.
Anyway, enjoy the video and stay tuned for more!
