Keywords snaps up Mexican localization outfit LOLA for $1.03M

Newsbrief: Game service provider Keywords has bolstered its audio service and localization operations with the acquisition of Localizadora Latam (LOLA) for a reported $1.03 million.

Based in Mexico City, LOLA provides Latin American Spanish dubbing, localization, and sound design services for the video game, firm, and television industries. 

Keywords has worked with the company in the past, and some of LOLA's other clients include Warner Bros. and Ubisoft. 

This is the second acquisition in a week for Keywords, which purchased co-development studio Sperasoft for $27 million on Wednesday.
