Even though Warhorse Studios released yesterday the highly anticipated patch 1.3 for Kingdom Come: Deliverance, its lead designer and co-founder, Daniel Vavra, revealed that the team is already working on the next patch.
As Vavra claimed, patch 1.4 will – hopefully – improve performance on the PC (among other things).
The patch size is 5.7GB. We are already working on 1.4 that will hopefully improve performance on PC among other things.

Vavra then clarified and said that Warhorse will optimize multicore CPU support in patch 1.4, even though the game already scales well even on six-core CPUs. Moreover, the team will fix some mistakes it made on ultra-settings.
Maybe, but less visible. We made some mistakes in ultra settings that were added in a hurry, so will fix those. Also we will optimize multicore CPU support, which is already fine on consoles.

There is no ETA yet on when this new patch for Kingdom Come: Deliverance will be released. It’s also worth noting, though, that Warhorse has released a hotfix that slightly improves performance on some CPUs. However, this hotfix has messed up the Advanced Graphics Settings and Warhorse will release another hotfix shortly.
So we released a hotfix 1.3.1 that opttimizes the game on some CPUs, but also we screwed Advanced Graphic Settings hwn adding new features there, so we are working on another hotfix for that, Dont fiddle with those until itrs fixed :)
