LEGO STAR WARS: THE SKYWALKER SAGA Finally Gets A Release Date Along With A New Gameplay Trailer

After multiple setbacks and delays, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga finally has a release date: April 5, 2022. The highly anticipated game will feature all nine Episodes of the core saga, adapting them for that signature TT Games humor.

Accompanying the release date announcement was the debut of a new gameplay trailer. The adventure begins by picking the trilogy of your choice, but eventually you'll play through all nine Episodes and experience some of the franchise's most iconic moments and thrilling battles.

In total, players can explore over 20 unlockable planets (including Ajan Kloss, Coruscant, and other worlds) and choose from over 300 characters — the most ever in a LEGO Star Wars game — to play with. New gameplay mechanics allow you to chain together lightsaber attacks or take to the skies in exciting space battles.
