Newsbrief: In the midst of its E3 press conference this morning, Marc Whitten came onstage to walk audiences through Xbox One's overhauled, SmartGlass-integrated Xbox Live. We caught a glimpse of the Xbox One's previously detailed parallel game and application processing, showcasing two simultaneously running games, one with multiplayer matchmaking. Of particular interest, Microsoft showed off streaming integration with online multiplayer matches through Twitch.tv, a popular livestreaming service among competitive players. We were told during the Xbox Reveal last month to expect video sharing integration as part of the Xbox One's application offerings, so this would appear to be Microsoft's answer to the PlayStation 4's boasted media sharing capabilities.
