Newsbrief: The mobile version of Godus, the upcoming god game from Peter Molyneux's 22cans studio, will be published and distributed by Japanese mobile games giant DeNA. DeNA will publish the game across numerous territories, including in the U.S., Europe, Japan and Korea, on both iOS and Android platforms. The game will utilize DeNA's Mobage social games platform, 22cans said in a statement. Godus was funded via Kickstarter late last year, bringing in more than $800,000 from just over 17,000 backers. Molyneux originally left Lionhead and Microsoft last year to start 22cans.
