Monster Hunter continues to grab big sales for Capcom

Newsbrief: The Monster Hunter series continues to be a hit for Japanese game publisher Capcom. The company announced today that the latest in the series, Monster Hunter 4 on Nintendo 3DS, has shipped 4 million units since its September 14 launch, including physical and digital sales. Total series sales stand at over 28 million units, Capcom said, and it ranks among the company's top franchises since launching in 2004. By comparison, Street Fighter has sold around 35 million units, Mega Man 30 million and Resident Evil 60 million. More at Capcom's investor site.
