Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice has just been released and as we’ve already reported, it’s locked at 60fps. Thankfully, modder ‘jackfuste’ has released a brand new mod that completely unlocks the framerate on the PC version.
Do note that by unlocking the framerate you may encounter bugs and glitches. As such, this is only for those that want to experience Sekiro with more than 60fps.
Now while we’ll test this mod, we may not use it in our PC Performance Analysis. After all, this isn’t an official method via which you can unlock the framerate so performance may vary on different PC configurations.
Those interested can download the mod from here. You can then unpack sekiro.exe using Steamless – https://github.com/atom0s/Steamless/releases/, and then run the patcher and apply patch to sekiro.exe.
