Earlier this week, Star Wars: Squadrons leaked online — find out more about that here. It's the upcoming Star Wars video game that EA Motive has been developing for quite a while now. Star Wars: Squadrons appears to be a combat flight simulator wherein you can pilot iconic Star Wars starfighters such as X-Wings and TIE Fighters.
Shortly after the existence of the game leaked online, Electronic Arts officially announced that Star Wars: Squadrons will be officially revealed on Monday, June 15th at 8 AM PT. That's tomorrow! Additionally, they shared some awesome key art that features a Rebel and Imperial pilot stood back to back amidst a plethora of starfighters and cruisers — check that out here.
Similarly, EA Star Wars has now released a pair of awesome teaser images ahead of the debut of the official reveal trailer tomorrow. Be sure to tune in to Gamefragger tomorrow as we will definitely be covering the reveal trailer.
We can't ascertain much from the pictures, they simply feature the silhouettes of a Rebel and Imperial pilot boarding an X-Wing and TIE Fighter, respectively. However, they certainly go a long way in building up anticipation for the reveal. They each read "Pilots wanted," which seems to be the game's tagline.
These would definitely be great wallpapers for Star Wars fans. You can check them out below (via @EAStarWars):
