The open-universe, exploration survival game, No Man's Sky, is finally releasing one of its most requested features, crossplay. Yes, you heard that right. Crossplay between ALL platforms will be out tomorrow. Xbox players will be able to play with PlayStation and PC users.
In addition to crossplay being released, the official website also announced that a Windows 10 version of the game will be out tomorrow. This version of the game will be included in the Xbox Game Pass, meaning that players who subscribe to the Game Pass service will be able to try the game for free.
According to the official game website, many man hours were invested in order to bring this huge update. You can read all about it including patch notes in this link. Players will also have a logo matching their corresping console above their head, next to their name.
A bunch of bugs were fixed, VR full body was introduced, speech to text is in the game now and many improvements to the lobby as well as party groups were made. This is one of the biggest patches the game has made in its four year lifespan. If you have been waiting for something like this to land on NMS in order to come back, this is the perfect timing.
