Newsbrief: Although the upcoming Ouya games console has been delayed by a few weeks, there is some good news: the startup behind the Android-based hardware has raised an extra $15 million in a new round of funding. This round comes from a series of notable partners, including Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Nvidia and the Mayfield Fund, and adds to the $8.6 million already raised through Kickstarter. In particular, KPCB general partner and game industry veteran Bing Gordon has joined Ouya's board of directors, alongside CEO Julie Uhrman and chairman Roy Bahat.
