Prime Matter and Owlcat Games unveiled the launch trailer for their upcoming RPG video game Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous during Gamescom 2021. The launch trailer is included below and takes viewers through the history of the Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous story, as well as showing off brand new gameplay footage.
The trailer reveal coincided with the teams announcing that the previously released and critically acclaimed CRPG Pathfinder: Kingmaker has sold 1 million units worldwide on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
2018's Pathfinder: Kingmaker was started as a Kickstarter project and is based upon the tabletop Pathfinder Adventure Path campaign of the same name.

The PC edition of Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous will launch on September 2, 2021. Pre-orders are available on Steam, the Epic Games Store, and GOG for $49.99. The console editions for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will hit retailers on March 1, 2022.
