PlayStation Store Kicks Off Holiday Sale With Discounts On PS4 And PS5 Games

With just days until Christmas, Sony is hosting a last-minute holiday sale on its PlayStation Store.

Starting today, December 22, you can save on select PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 digital games.

Discounts vary with savings up to 50 percent on some of PlayStation's biggest heavy-hitters, including Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War FIFA 21 NBA 2K21, and more.

The award-winning Ghost of Tsushima is one of the biggest highlights of the sale, with a discount of 33% on PlayStation 4 (and backwards compatible with PS5). It's available for just $40.19. Other PlayStation exclusives on sale are MLB The Show 20 and The Last of Us Part II.

There are pages of discounts you can browse through. Some of 2020's biggest games -- like Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Watch Dogs: Legion, Marvel's Avengers, and Immortals Fenyx Rising -- are included.

Most of the games featured in the sale are for PlayStation 4, but can be played on PS5 via the console's backwards compatibility functionality.

Even some older gems, like Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and No Man's Sky, are discounted.

The PlayStation Store Holiday Sale runs through Tuesday, January 19. If you don't see the game you want discounted, you might want to wait a bit longer as the lineup will refresh on Friday, January 8.
