Prince of Persia creator Jordan Mechner will keynote the 2011 Nordic Game conference in Malmo, Sweden, as this year's event aims to explore creativity within the game industry, from its meaning to its methods. The event takes place May 10-13, and organizers promise more than 50 speakers both from the Nordic region and outside it. Speakers from PopCap, Insomniac, Autodesk, CCP, NaturalMotion, Codemasters and Microsoft are expected to present, among others. Nordic Game plans to host events on May 10, such as the European Location-Based Entertainment Summit 2011. It'll ring in the event with workshops and networks aimed to integrate with the main conference program. On May 10, the event will also host an Indie Night for the region's independent developers, promising "a social night of inspiration, fun and games."
