After filing for bankruptcy earlier this year and spending some time seeking a buyer, French game developer and publisher BulkyPix (Type:RiderJazz: Trump's Journeyappears to be being liquidated.

What this means for devs, as TouchArcade ably points out, is that if you have a business arrangement with BulkyPix, now would be a good time to check in on it!

Multiple people claiming to be game devs with BulkyPix publishing contracts have taken to Reddit to complain of missing payments and radio silence on the part of the publisher.

One such Redditor claims to have eventually received a response from a BulkyPix representative stating that the company's bankruptcy was not by itself sufficient legal cause to break contract, therefore preventing the person in question from potentially making a deal to publish their game elsewhere.

While the BulkyPix website appears to be offline at this time, TouchArcade and other outlets are reporting that developers who are owed money by BulkyPix should try to recoup those funds directly from the company's liquidator by filling out and sending them this form before October 18th (or December 18th if the developer in question is outside of France.)

Gamasutra has reached out to BulkyPix for more details about what's going on, and has yet to receive any response.
