In a recent corporate report, Sony has officially confirmed that their video game division has been opening up to the possibility of porting some of their exclusive titles to other platforms, which could lead to even more PlayStation exclusives making their way to PC, for instance.
Some titles like Guerrilla Games' Horizon Zero Dawn and Quantic Dreams' Detroit: Become Human were initially published by Sony Interactive Entertainment and released as exclusives titles on the PlayStation 4, but now both games are currently available on PC via Steam and Epic Games.
As revealed by the information shared by Sony, their video games division's aim is to increase "active users and play time, enhancing network services and reinforcing content IP." The report also adds that "Targeted outcomes include growth in active users, stronger retention and a shorter cash conversion cycle, from which expanded cash flow can be expected."

Here's where things get interesting, as Sony reveals that they are "exploring expanding our 1st party titles to the PC platform, in order to promote further growth in our profitability," which, again, can lead up to some other exclusives titles launching on PC, although this is likely only applicable to games published by Sony, not ones developed by their first-party studios.
It is very unlikely that games like Insomniac Games' MARVEL's Spider-Man, Naughty Dog's The Last of Us Part II, Sucker Punch's Ghost of Tsushima, or Santa Monica Studio's God of War will be releasing on PC any time soon, if ever. Players also shouldn't expect to see Sony-developed games on Xbox platforms, but it could happen at some point if Sony keeps expanding their horizons.
