Newsbrief: Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Asia has announced plans to shut down the PlayStation Home service in Japan and other Asian regions at the end of March 2015, though it plans to continue operating Home in Europe and North America. The news comes courtesy of a Japanese press release interpreted by Kotaku, and it's not terribly surprising in light of the fact that Sony has already stopped releasing new Home content in Japan and Asia. The company has continued to release new content for the service in Europe and North America, updating it earlier this week with a stack of virtual goods and a new game from Atom Republic, Stack Genius.
