Newsbrief: Sony will begin limiting PlayStation Network download speeds in the United States.

The decision comes days after it did the same in Europe, with the company explaining it must "take appropriate action" to ensure internet stability during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Although the decision may result in some PSN users experiencing slower or delayed game loads, the company reiterated that gameplay will remain unaffected.
