Square Enix CEO Yoichi Wada stepping down from CESA chairman role

Newsbrief: Square Enix CEO Yoichi Wada is stepping down from his role as chairman of the Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association (CESA), although he will continue to serve on the board. The Japanese organisation is perhaps best known for organizing the annual Tokyo Game Show, and it also set up ratings agency CERO back in 2002. CESA did not explain why Wada is stepping down, reports Andriasang, but did reveal that Namco Bandai vice president Shin Unozawa will take over the position on May 23.
