Star Citizen Alpha 3.14.0 has been released, adds new locations, improves graphics

Cloud Imperium has released Star Citizen Alpha 3.14.0 to all backers. According to the team, this new alpha version adds some new locations. Additionally, it introduces some new gameplay modes, and improves the game’s graphics.

Going into more details, Star Citizen Alpha 3.14.0 adds planet Crusader and the Orison Landing Zone City. It also adds the New Babbage Hospital Interior Location.

The new gameplay modes that this latest alpha build introduces are Surrender and Missile Operator Mode. Moreover, it converts missiles to use the IFCS guidance and control systems. This will improve missile performance and tracking ability, enabling greater control over general missile behaviors.

Lastly, Star Citizen Alpha 3.14.0 adds an initial version of the Planetary Volumetric Clouds. It also adds several new graphics settings to help give more control over the player’s experience in the PU.
