Earlier this month, Electronic Arts and Respawn Entertainment announced that they would be giving away free codes for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. The idea was to encourage players to stay at home and play video games instead of going out and increase their chances of contracting the Coronavirus.
Initially, EA has shared an image with codes for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Origin. The premise was simple: those who're fast enough to redeem them before someone else did, got a copy of the game.
Today the developers have announced tht they are still giving away free copies of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, although this time the winners will be chosen differently. All players need to do is tag someone that may be interested in playing the game, and Electronic Arts will select the winners arbitrarily.
It is also important that participants include the console of their choice, and region in which they will be downloading Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Again, great news for all of those players who still haven't had the chance to play this amazing title, and are being forced to stay at home on account of the lockdown.
We're still giving away codes for your friends! Tag someone that you think would like to play #JediFallenOrder for the chance to win a code. Be sure to include console and region. #stayandplay pic.twitter.com/aMZGrRyIiH
