Greak: Memories of Azur is an upcoming side-scrolling single-player game developed by independent studio Navegante and published by Bromio, that was initially revealed in August of last year for the Nintendo Switch.
At the time of the announcement, the developers didn't reveal whether Greak: Memories of Azur would be releasing for other platforms as well, especially since the game was never advertised as a Nintendo Switch exclusive title to begin with, although it was somewhat assumed that this would be the case.
Today, Team17 has announced that they have partnered with Navegante and Bromio in order to help publish Greak: Memories of Azur on PC and console. Team17 doesn't specify what they mean by console, but it is likely that an alliance like this one will make it possible for the game to launch for, at the very least, one more console other than the Nintendo Switch.
When Greak: Memories of Azur was announced last year, Navegante and Bromio revealed that the game would be launching for the Nintendo Switch at a yet-to-be-determined date in 2020, but today's announcement has revealed that the game is being pushed back to 2021; the good news is, again, that it will be releasing for other platforms.

Greak is a single player side-scrolling adventure with traditional hand drawn animation in which the player alternates control of the three characters, guiding each of them independently to escape the Urlag invasion on the lands of Azur!
Greak: Memories of Azur is expected to release in 2021.
