The world of Tekken can be one of the most intimidating and complex fighting games that can be found in the industry. What makes the game so unique is that each character specializes in one of the world's many martial arts (and some original styles) and forces the player to have to adapt to each character's style and find their perfect character.
To help make the community more accessible to new players, professional Tekken player Hoa "Anakin" Luu and Red Bull Gaming have teamed up for Class In Session: Anakin's TEKKEN Academy. The six-week series follows Anakin as he guides players through the basics of Tekken so that new players can grow into more competent players that can hold their own in the battlegrounds of online matches.
This week marks the 5th episode of the series, which has Anakin explaining to new players how to think when fighting a match. While that may seem like a topic that doesn't need much explaining, fighting matches are fast-paced and can even be overwhelming. Thankfully, this video will help new players fall back on specific lessons to help come out on top!
