Newsbrief: UK game industry trade group TIGA has revealed the winners of its £100,000 ($158,980) TIGA Games Contest, with the aim to help the winning developers build games prototypes and securing funding for innovative titles. Four development teams won prizes of £25,000 ($39,745) each, as provided by the University of Abertay Dundee's Prototype Fund. Guerilla Tea's Fangs Out!, Remode's Burrow, PLA Studios' Squaddies and Opposable Games' Clockwork Racers were all pronounced winners of the contest.
