Alongside Epic Games, Ubisoft has announced that it is fully supporting NVIDIA’s cloud gaming service, GeForce Now. As such, PC gamers can enjoy most of the Assassin’s Creed games. They can also play the two The Division games and the latest Far Cry games via this service.
As Chris Early, SVP of partnerships and revenue for Ubisoft, told Kotaku:
“Ubisoft fully supports NVIDIA’s GeForce Now with complete access to our PC games from the Ubisoft Store or any supported game stores. We believe it’s a leading-edge service that gives current and new PC players a high-end experience with more choice in how and where they play their favorite games.”
Of course, Ubisoft’s stance should not really surprise us. After all, the French company has a strong relationship with NVIDIA. So yeah, it was a given that it would support its service.
On the other hand, 2K Games has already requested the removal of its games from GeForce Now. 2K Games is the third big publisher that requested such a thing. The other two are Bethesda and Activision.
