This article describes two ways to install Samsung Notes on Windows. This works on Windows 11 and Windows 10, but only on Samsung Galaxy Book devices.
Get Samsung Notes on a PC Through Microsoft Store
For most people, downloading it from the Microsoft Store is the quickest and easiest way to access Samsung Notes on Windows. Either open the Samsung Notes download page directly or follow these steps to find it manually:

Open the Microsoft Store. If the shortcut isn't on your taskbar, search for it using the search bar.

Search the sore for Samsung Notes. Select the app when you see it in the search results.

Select Get to download Samsung Notes to your Windows computer. Once it's installed, this button will say Open.
Don't see this button? If you've installed the app before, you may be able to find it in the Library by selecting that button in the bottom-left corner; then reinstall there. Alternatively, see the section below for another method to install Samsung Notes on a PC.
How to Access Samsung Notes Using the Command Prompt
If you can't download Samsung Notes from the Microsoft Store, you can have Windows download and install it for you. Here's how this works through Command Prompt:

Open Command Prompt. A quick way to do this is to search for cmd using the search bar at the bottom of the screen.

Type this, then press Enter:
winget install "Samsung Notes"
The above command does include the quotation marks. Make sure you type them in as well.

When prompted, agree to the terms and conditions by typing Y and pressing Enter.

Wait for Samsung Notes to install. A blue progress bar will let you know how long it's going to take.

When Samsung Notes is installed, a small pop-up notification might let you know. Select it to open the app. If you don't see this prompt, search for Samsung Notes from the taskbar or Start menu.

Once Samsung Notes is open on your PC, sign in to your account to access any previously saved notes, or press Skip to start afresh.
