Unravel 2 has been rated by ESRB [UPDATE: Confirmed]

It appears that ESRB has just leaked the sequel to Unravel that may be announced in a few hours during EA Play 2018. According to ESRB, Unravel 2 has been rated with “E” for everybody and will be coming to all major current-gen platforms (PC, Xbox One and PS4).

According to its description, Unravel 2 is a side-scrolling platformer in which players control a pair of fantastical creatures called Yarnys as they navigate environments. Players traverse platforms and avoid hazards by swinging from yarn lassos; some areas contain animals that chase/menace the player’s characters. The Yarnys are defeated when they are eaten by a fish, grabbed by birds, crushed by boulders, or run over by cars.

What’s interesting here is that its description is a bit different than the one for the first Unravel game. So yeah, we can safely say that Unravel 2 is real and will be officially announced soon.

Stay tuned for more!
