Vivendi fights to keep Activision Blizzard sell-off rolling

Newsbrief: Vivendi's sell-off of Activision Blizzard has hit some significant snags, as lawsuits from shareholders have halted the $8.2 billion deal. Now, The Wall Street Journal reports that Vivendi has filed an emergency appeal to get the major deal rolling again. "The injunction leaves Activision and its stockholders in limbo and at risk of losing an $8 billion deal that will return the company to public control," Activision lawyers argued in the appeal.
