Newsbrief: Day-one sales of Microsoft's Xbox One have surpassed 1 million units sold through to customers, the company announced Friday. The next-generation video game console launched in 13 markets last night. Microsoft is calling the launch the biggest in Xbox history, surpassing day-one sales of Xbox 360, which launched in 2005. Sony's PlayStation 4 sold-through 1 million units in North America when it launched earlier this month. It launches in Europe and Latin America on November 29. Microsoft said Xbox One is sold out "at most retailers," and the company is working to replenish stock as the holiday approaches.
