PlatinumGames has recently been making some pretty great announcements. For starters, they surprised us all by revealing that The Wonderful 101 was getting a remaster, which is a news that nobody saw coming but everybody wanted.
Just yesterday PlatinumGames surprised players once again, as the developer announced a brand-new game tentatively called Project G.G., which is a game that they define as an all-new heroic title; directed by renowned director and PlatinumGames founder Hideki Kamiya.
What's even more interesting is that Project G.G. is, as revealed by the developer, their very first 100% self-published intellectual property. From what we can see on the game's teaser trailer, it seems that Kamiya is drawing inspiration from some of his other games like The Wonderful 101 and even the Viewtiful Joe series, as well as Ultra Man; whatever the case, it looks very promising.
We still don't know if this game will be releasing for this generation of consoles or the next, neither when it is supposed to become available, so we'll just have to keep our eyes peeled for more official information from PlatinumGames.
