The more information Bandai Namco reveals about CyberConnect2's upcoming Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot — the very first open-world game based on the world of Dragon Ball — the more excited fans get; and they have every reason to be excited for the game.
Not only will Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot allow players to relive key moments from the Saiyan, Frieza, Cell, and Buu sagas, but they will also be able to take on quests, level up their characters, and traverse the game's vast open world that brims with Dragon Ball lore.
Today Bandai Namco has decided to make fans even more excited for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, by revealing that players will be able to drive a bunch of vehicles from the Dragon Ball series. Remember the classic episode in which Goku and Piccolo get their driver's liscenese? Now you'll be able to drive that car at your leisure.
According to the information revealed by Bandai Namco, players will be able to build their vehicles by collecting parts and fully customise them. Some parts may be difficult to find, so the game does also allow players to purchase them with in-game currency.
Now, why would anyone want to drive a vehicle when all of the playable characters in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot have the ability to fly? The real questions is, why would you ever want to fly when you can drive the classic Stomp Cycle everywhere?

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot will be available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC(digital) on the 17th of January.
