OVERWATCH Is Now Free To Play On PlayStation 4 & Xbox One Until December 4th
Overwatch has gone free-to-play for a limited time. The popular competitive team-based shooter developed by Blizzard Entertainment is currently free on both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles.

However, Overwatch won't be free-to-play forever. If you're interested in trying out the predominantly first-person shooter, you're going to need to download the game prior to December 4th. Beyond that date, Overwatch will revert back to its usual price. This event kicked off on November 26th.

There are a couple of caveats to do with this free trial, the first being that it is indeed just a free trial. You won't be able to keep the game beyond the aforementioned end-date unless you properly purchase it. Should you do so within the timeframe, your progress will carry over. To participate in the free trial, you'll have to be a PlayStation Plus subscriber or Xbox Gold member.
