We may have some exciting news for video game aficionados, particularly PlayStation fans, since Sony has recently updated their electronics website with a message that reads "The future is coming", the SonyCES hashtag, and a description of what they're unveiling.
According to Sony's official website, the company reveals that they are "unveiling a unique vision of the future," adding that this new vision "brings creativity and technology together like never before, to unleash new sensations and emotions."
Now, this could mean pretty much anything; from a new peripheral for an already existing product, to the highly anticipted PlayStation 5. Since Sony doesn't particularly mention that this product has anything to do with PlayStation, it is best to take this new bit of information with a pinch of salt.
Sony has already revealed that the PlayStation 5 will release at some point during the Holidays in 2020, and the company finally unveiling the console during CES 2020 — which will be taking place from the 7th of January until the 10th of January — is the perfect opportunity to show fans what they have in store for them. One thing is for sure, this reveal can't come soon enough.
