Nexon now largest shareholder of Korean publisher NCsoft

Newsbrief: Korean online game developer and publisher Nexon has invested in South Korean publisher NCsoft, and is now the largest shareholder in the company. Nexon acquired more than 3 million shares of NCsoft for a total of 804.5 billion South Korean won ($685.4 million), and now claims a share ownership of 14.7 percent. The two companies said that the partnership of NCsoft's IP and Nexon's international publishing platform will be long-term, allowing each to leverage the strengths of the other.
